The lineart, the traditional part of it, doesn't take too long. I made this one afternoon in the city, inside my favorite coffee shop here, took 2-3 hours. The colouring took another 3-4 hours me thinks. Maybe add a loose hour or so here n there; making little changes and adding details to the linework.
