wow i really think this media is cool but i am interested in how you do this? Is it with the Painter program if so what tools and kinds of things can you do with this i really like you work too

I use painter 8.0.. fav tools would be: Cover pencil, 2b pencil, Lots of Layers, Glow and Smear.
That's the tools I use the most.
