I spend too much time on what should have been a doodle. But I hope it entertaints you for a few seconds anyhow..

I read these news in a paper, It's mostly happening because east Asian countries are opening up to the west, especially the westeren food culture.

Who said that? I really don't see how that's possible. Maybe if you mean more fat people than starving people in developed countries. I certainly wouldn't think in the whole world though. Great drawing.
